Pirámides station (Metro Line 5 and Cercanías Renfe) is located right opposite the hotel entrance, making it easy to travel directly around Madrid.

Yes. It is within “Madrid ZBE”. Cars without an environmental label are not allowed to enter; vehicles with a B or C label may drive in this area and park in our car park.

It is in Arganzuela, a safe and modern residential area, very well connected to the historic centre and surrounded by green and cultural spaces.

Excellent connections: the hotel has Metro (L5), train (C1, C10) and several bus lines (34, 36, 62, 116, 118 and 119) stopping right outside the hotel.
Can I get there easily by taxi or private hire vehicle?
Yes. Access is quick from the M-30 or Calle Toledo. A journey from the city centre usually takes between 5 and 10 minutes.
Is the hotel near the beach?
No. Madrid is an inland city. However, we are just a few metres from the water and leisure recreation areas of Madrid Río.
Is there a metro or bus station nearby?
Yes. Pirámides station is opposite the hotel, and bus lines 23, 34 and 116 stop less than 100 metres away.
Are there restaurants or bars nearby?
The area offers a varied range of dining options, including traditional taverns and modern restaurants, especially in the streets leading down to the river.

The hotel does not have a terrace open to the public, but some Superior Rooms offer spacious exterior views over Paseo de las Acacias.

We are around 2 kilometres from the city centre (Puerta del Sol), which you can reach in around 10-15 minutes using the transport options right outside the hotel.
How far is the hotel from the airport and how can I get there?
The airport is 18 km away. The best option is the direct Cercanías train (C1 or C10) from Pirámides to Airport T4 in around 35-40 minutes (please check timetables in advance, as they may change). By metro it takes approximately one hour, and by taxi between 20 and 25 minutes.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Official check-in is from 14:00, and check-out must be completed before 12:00.
Can I check in before the official check-in time?
Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival. If your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage in our free luggage storage area.

Yes. Our front desk is open 24 hours a day. If you arrive after midnight, our night team will check you in without any problem.

Yes. The rooms at Hotel Acta Pirámides have windows that allow natural light and ventilation. However, the level of brightness may vary depending on the room type and its location within the building.

This service is not available as standard in the rooms. However, kettles can be requested at the front desk upon request. In addition, the hotel Snack Bar offers coffee and drinks throughout the day.
